Are these genuine Seiko watches?
The modified Seiko collection begins with genuine Seiko watches. We independently change selected components; these are not factory Seiko configurations. Each product lists its modifications.
Can you build a watch to my specifications?
Yes. Tell us the style and details you want, and we can plan a custom build around a suitable genuine base watch. We’ll confirm the parts, price and timing before work begins.
Can you modify a watch I already own?
Yes. Send the model and the changes you have in mind through our modification inquiry. We confirm compatibility and pricing before asking you to ship it.
What does the workmanship warranty cover?
Modification work and custom builds have six-month coverage against workmanship defects. Customer-supplied parts, misuse, physical damage and water damage are excluded. Read the full workmanship warranty.
